Texas Asian Trade Mission

Joint Trade Mission for Business opportunities in three major Asian Markets

Destinations: Korea, China and Vietnam

Organized by the Texas Department of Economic Development, City of Austin, Korea Trade Center, Korean American Chamber of Commerce and the Korea Trade Association (Dallas). 

Please join us as we travel to Korea and China or Vietnam, to participate in one-on-one business meetings with companies in your industry.  This trade mission will provide an opportunity to source products from Asian manufacturers or market your company’s products or services in these important cities of Asia.  Hotel accommodations some meals and free tickets to watch the Asia Olympic Games in Pusan are included. 

This trade mission is open to all businesses sectors

We have three trade mission options to choose from

Option 1

Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) and Korea (Pusan and Seoul) October 1- Oct 11, 2002

Cost: $1,499 Plus taxes, includes airfare, Hotel accommodations, 2 tickets to Asian Olympic games in Pusan, meals and local transportation in Vietnam.

Option 2

China (Shanghai) and Korea (Pusan and Seoul) October 3 - October 11, 2002

Cost: $1399 Plus taxes, includes airfare, Hotel accommodations, 2 tickets to Asian Olympic games in Pusan, meals and local transportation in China.

Option 3

Korea only (Pusan and Seoul) October 3 – October 11, 2002

Cost: $900 Plus taxes, includes airfare, Hotel accommodations, 2 tickets to Asian Olympic games in Pusan. (Local transportation not included in price but very inexpensive in Korea).
